As summer gives way to fall, there’s a certain electricity in the air that can only mean one thing: it’s football time in Tennessee! Whether you’re cheering on your favorite high school team or joining the sea of orange at Neyland Stadium, there’s something about this season that unites us like no other. Soon, we’ll be gathering at our tailgates on campus or around backyard fire pits with a bowl of chili to cheer our teams on to victory.

Growing up in the South, I’ve learned that fashion is just as essential as the food at any good tailgate. In this issue, I hope you will be inspired to visit one of our many local boutiques that have carefully curated styles for the 2024 Fall Fashion guide. Take the time to chat with the shop owners and stylists. They often have a keen eye for what’s trending and can offer personalized advice on how to incorporate the latest styles into your wardrobe. Whether you’re looking for something casual to wear to a football game or a more polished outfit for a night out, you’re sure to find something that speaks to your personal style when visiting our area boutiques.

In closing, I encourage you to embrace all that this season has to offer. Whether you’re cheering on the Vols, exploring local shops or attending one of the many area fall festivals, take a moment to appreciate the simple joys of this time of year. Fall is a season of change, but it’s also a time to reflect on the things that remain constant—our love for our community, our traditions and the connections we share.

Here’s to a memorable fall season filled with good times, great fashion and the enduring
Volunteer spirit!
